Well, I figured seven months was long enough. So here's an update.
- I switched my major from Fashion Design at DAAP to Costume Design at CCM and can't wait until I start in the Fall.
- I work at Joann fabrics.
- I'm (trying) to work with ~kitsune2022 (https://www.deviantart.com/kitsune2022) as a judge for her massively awesome tournament, LOST HOURS. Go audition.
- I has an opera singer man :aww:
- I'm going to be an aunt in December, which I'm stupidly excited about. Expect adorable cuteness. :D
I'll try my best to update more often, especially since I have an absolute plethora of crap from my marker course to put up here.

My dad got a package today, full of his usual office supply of FedEx shipping stickers. I didn't think anything of it until my eye happened to catch the name on the forms.
Mike Doan. Not Mark, Mike.
It was like being hit by a brick wall. Not only is it a completely ridiculous typo, technically it's addressed to my uncle Mike, who died of Hep C in 2006.
And I realize I can't remember what his voice sounded like.
And I cried because of it.
I wonder if the people who make these mistakes ever fully realize the kind of impact they can have.
